This one was sick - twisted and I loved it! What a ride on a psychological thriller of a roller coaster!
I did not see that ending – it blew my mind! Excellent writing!
This was a gripping, nail-biting situation. Three young girls develop an obsession with a local crime and folklore after working on a school project. They decided to sneak out of a sleepover and head to the abandoned rail yard to seek out an urban legend. The middle schoolers don’t understand that their innocent games will have dangerous outcomes.
When Cora is found wandering on the tracks bloody and clinging to life, and her friends are no where to be found, the small town is in an uproar. No stone goes untouched when everyone becomes a suspect.
A thrilling tale of friendship, betrayal and the power of social interaction and pressures, including bullying – this is a must read! Loved it! 4.5/5⭐
